摘  要:目的筛选中药玉米须降血糖的活性部位。方法对玉米须进行提取分离,得到水提取物、60%乙醇提取物、水提醇沉物、正丁醇萃取物及水提醇沉上清液5个部位,以这5个部位分别灌胃给予四氧嘧啶造模的高血糖小鼠,观察它们对高血糖小鼠血糖的影响。结果玉米须水提物、60%乙醇提物和水提醇沉物均有降低高血糖小鼠血糖的作用,其中以水提醇沉物的降血糖作用趋势最明显;正丁醇萃取物组和水提醇沉上清液组对高血糖小鼠血糖值无影响(与模型组比较,P>0.05)。结论吉林产玉米须中降血糖的活性部位为多糖类成分。Objective To screen the active components of corn silk tot lowering blood sugar. Methods Extraction and isolation were performed on corn silk to obtain five parts respectively of water extract, 60% alcohol extract, alcohol deposition from water extract and n-butyl alcohol fraction from the ethanol extracts, supernatant fluid of alcohol deposition from water extract, which were then used in diabetes mice models made with alloxan to observe their effect on decreasing the blood sugar of mice. Results Antagonizing effeet against the in(rease of blood sugar was lbund in the water, 60% alcohol extract and alcohol deposition from water extract group with marked significances( P 〈0.05). No marked effect was detected in the n-butyl alcohol fraction from the ethanol extracts group. Conclusion The active components in corn silk for lowering blood sugar are polysaceharide.
