摘　　要：高校资金运作随着时代和市场的前进步伐不断深化,探索在国内外经济环境剧变的形势下规避和控制风险,确保高校资金安全和有效运作的问题已日益突出。从国际金融危机下高校资金运作面临新的挑战与机遇入手,在深入分析新环境下如何识别高校资金运作风险的基础上,探讨了高校资金运作风险管理的规范流程,旨在为确保高校资金科学、高效、安全、合理地运作提供理论依据和实践基础。College funds is constantly deepened with times and markets advancement,evading and controlling risk, and ensuring the effective operation of college funds is increasingly important in the great change of international economic climate.This paper starts with the challenge the college funds operation faces in international financial crisis,analyzes the standard procedure of risk management of college fired operation,and provides the theoretical and practice basis for efficient and safe and proper operation of college fimds operation.
