摘　　要：简述了工科专业创新型人才的特征,指出创新型人才培养的若干关键条件,提出了提高农林高校工科创新型人才培养条件改善的主要途径与要求:(1)建立师资队伍成长的激励机制和支撑体系;(2)强化实践教学;(3)管理与运行机制创新。The characteristics of innovative talents in the disciplines of technology, and major conditions for their cultivation are elaborated. The approaches and requirements to improve the conditions for cultivation of the innovative talents in the disciplines of technology at agriculture and forestry universities are proposed as follows. （ 1 ） Establish the encouraging mechanism for the teaching staff development, and its support system. （ 2 ） Strengthening practice teaching. （ 3 ） Innovation of management and operation mechanisms.
