摘　　要：基于江苏打造国际制造业基地、加快推进工业结构调整和优化升级的建设目标,分析江苏制造业可持续发展中的人才需求,对高职院校全面深入地教学改革,创新高职人才培养模式,培养高素质技能人才进行探索与实践。Recently Jiangsu province plans to build international manufacturing industrial base,and accelerate advancing the adjustment and optimization upgrade of industrial structure.Based on this construction goal,the pager analyzes talent demand in sustainable development of manufacturing in Jiangsu Province.It describes the exploration and practice on the overall thorough teaching reform and innovating higher vocational talents training mode and cultivating high-quality talents in higher vocational colleges.
