摘  要:和谐社会建设、人力资源强国建设、学习化社会建设等社会发展主题将农民工的教育需求与供给问题摆在了人们眼前。课题组在广东两市进行的调查表明,初中毕业及以下学历的农民工有着旺盛的学习需求和复杂的教育期望,面向这一特殊群体的教育供给目前不够丰富、全面。本课题组主张从重视农民工培训逐步过渡到重视农民工教育,提供更加丰富多样的教育服务和学习机会,全面提升农民工素质。There is great need to pay attention to the problems existing in the education of immigrant workers as China is growing up to be a harmonious society, a strong country with human capital, and also a learning society. The research in Guangdong Province shows that immigrant workers with nine - year ( or less ) school education have strong learning desires and complex educational needs, while the educational supply is rather limited. The research suggests that we should pay more attention to immigrant workers'education than to their training, and more educational service and learning opportunities should be supplied in order that immigrant workers could have their decent lives.
