摘　　要：马齿苋是一种野生植物,作为中药,马齿苋有降血糖、防治糖尿病、保护血管、抗肿瘤作用、延缓衰老、美容减肥和抗菌作用等功效;作为食品具有较高的营养价值,可做成多种食品。因此,马齿苋被视为药食兼用的食品加工资源,被营养学家誉为21世纪最有发展前途的绿色食品之一。文章着重对马齿苋的营养保健功能及产品开发做出论述。portulaca oleracea is a wild plant.as medicine,purslane has hypoglycemic、diabetes、protection of blood vessels、diabetes control、antitumor、antiaging、beauty-disweight and antibacterial activity;as food,it has higher nutritionation,it can be made of variety of food products.Therefore,portulaca oleracea is considered drugs-food resource of food-processing and the most promising one of OrganicFoods in the 21st century by nutritionists.This article focused on the nutrition-healthar functions and productdeveloper of portulaca oleracea.
