摘　　要：本文通过对争论语基本内容的辩证分析,与争论语的定义对比,综合概述了对话理论。详细地界定了对话理论,及此理论的实际应用。同时以在大学中的集体活动为例展开理解分析,突出了该理论在群体活动中重要意义。对对话理论在实际应用中的价值及可能出现的问题进行了阐述。A general convey of a theory of reasoned dialogue is presented through the underlying basis of critical analysis of argument discourse in the paper. The theory of dialogue is identified and described, and the practical application of dialogue is emphasized as being of key importance to the practical group action. Meanwhile, values and problems have been analyzed through the application of the dialogue theory.
