摘 要:研究了响应曲面法优化醇法提取赣南脐橙皮中黄酮类化合物的工艺。在单因素试验的基础上,利用Design-Expert Software 7.1.3.1设计了响应面试验,考察提取温度、乙醇浓度、液固比和提取时间对脐橙皮中黄酮类物质浸提效果的影响。试验分析结果表明,黄酮化合物的最佳提取工艺为:提取温度70℃,乙醇浓度50.45%,液固比25.92:1,提取时间3.03 h,提取一次,模型预测黄酮化合物得率为2.98%。The ethanol extraction conditions of flavonoids from navel orange peel of south of Jiangxi province were studied. The influence factors of extracting temperature, concentration of alcohol, ratio of liquid to solid and extracting time were evaluated. Basing on the experiment of single factor, optimum extracting conditions of flavonoids from citrus were obtained by the response surface methodology designed by Design-Expert Software 7.1.3.1. Temperature of 70℃, ethanol concentration of 50.45 % ( v/v), ratio of liquid to solid of 25.92 : 1 mL/g and extracting time of 3.03 h were found to be the optimal conditions to achieve the highest yield of flavonoids (2. 98% ).
