摘 要:针对汽油机循环变动研究中微观影响因素出现的随机性、不确定性、不可控性及不可复现性,提出了一种基于大样本容量,以汽油机燃烧过程循环变动宏观规律研究作为切入点,根据循环变动宏观规律的研究结果来引导微观研究的新观点。根据这一观点,在选定的典型工况区域,就汽油机主要运转因素(即转速和负荷、点火提前角及空然比)对最高燃烧压力循环变动影响的宏观规律进行了全面深入的研究。研究结果表明,运转因素对最高燃烧压力循环变动影响在宏观上具有一定规律性和可复现性,由此得到的一些新的结论对探索循环变动的机理、寻找消减乃至消除循环变动的技术对策具有实际意义。Considering that the micro-influencing factors were random,uncertain,uncontrollable and unrepeatable in the research of gasoline engine cyclic variation,the view of guiding the micro-research according to the researched results of cyclic variation macro-principle was put forward,which was based on the large sample capacity and the starting point of researching the cyclic variation macro-principle of gasoline engine combustion process.According to the view,the influences of operation factors,i.e.speed,load,advance angle and air-fuel ratio,on maximum combustion pressure cyclic variation were thoroughly and deeply researched.The results show that the influences of operation factors on maximum combustion pressure cyclic variation are regular and repeatable in the macroscopic aspect,which is helpful to explore the mechanism of cyclic variation and find the technology of reducing and eliminating the cyclic variation.
