摘  要:通过试验筛选出产柠檬酸较高的菌种解脂复膜孢酵母1460菌和适宜培养基,确定了适宜的菌种起始浓度和底物浓度,证实谷氨酸对产生柠檬酸的促进作用。对分批培养发酵过程中细胞生长和产物生成速率进行了数学表达。Studies on Citric acid fermentation from n-Hexadecane by yeasts were carried out in shaking flasks. A high-yielding yeast strain Saccharomycopsis lipolytica 1460 and two propitious mediums for citric acid production were selected. The optimum conditions for maximum yield of citric acid including initial cell concentration and substrate concentration were established. The effect of adding glutamic acid was examined. The behaviour and models of cell growth, substrate consumption and citric acid prodcution during batch fermentation by Saccharomycopsis lipolytca 1460 were investigated.
