摘 要:员工心理资本是在总结和分析自我效能感、希望、乐观、主观幸福等声望韧性和情绪能力等积极心理力量和潜能研究的基础上提出来的,对员工心理资本的干预与开发,要从员工—组织互动的角度探索途径和措施,要将个人层面与组织层面结合起来,形成制度化的心理资本、干预与开发系统。The employee phychological capital is brought on the basement of summarizing and analyzing many positive phychological powers of self-efficacy, hope, optimistic, happiness emotion and potential capability research. It is the intervention and development of employee phychological capital. We should explore new method and measures from the angle of mutual cooperation between employee and organization, combined the personal level with the organizational level and form the mechanism system of phychologieal capital, intervention and development.
