摘　　要：德拉布尔小说《磨砺》女主人公罗莎蒙德具有以自我为中心的自恋人格倾向,她的行为是基于"爱自己"的基础之上,而非许多评论家所说"母爱的本能",从而得出结论:罗莎蒙德虽然部分实现了自我,但人格的塑造还不完整,若其意识不到自身的人格缺陷,将始终不能达到成功的真正彼岸。Through analyzing the personalities of the heroine, Rosamund, in the Millstone the cle believes that she bears the narcissistic personality. Most of her behaviors are not novel, this artied from the instinct of maternal love as lots of critics considered, but out of centering on herself. When it comes to a conclusion, this article believes that although Rosamund identifies herself to some extended; her modeling of personality is not complete. If she does not realize the limitation, she will never gain the real success in her life.
