公平视域下残障学生参与阳光体育的透视

摘　　要：在"阳光体育运动"的背景下,我国残障学生参与阳光体育存在缺位现象。以公平为视角,研究了阻碍残障学生参与阳光体育的原因,即法规政策制度保障体系缺失,经费投入不足,管理体制不健全,观念制约社会支持不够。在此基础上,呼吁国家与社会关注残障学生参与阳光体育的问题,并提出相关改进思路与对策。In the backdrop of ＂sunshine sports＂,China s disabled students is absent of participating in sunshine sports.In this paper,the obstacles that disabled students to participate in sunshine sports are policies and system security is missing,inadequate funding,inadequate management system,administer system has certain drawbacks,some concepts that constraints disabled students to participate in the sunshine sports,the community support that disabled students to participate in sunshine sports is not enough.On this basis, it calls for national and social concerns of students with disabilities to participate in sunshine sports, and put forward some ideas and countermeasures to this problem.
