福建省部分高校阳光体育现状及发展策略

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、访谈法、数理统计法对福建省部分高校阳光体育活动的情况进行调查。结果表明:福建省部分高校在阳光体育活动中都能结合自身特点开设适合本校的自主选课的上课模式,开展各级各类体育竞赛、协会活动和民族传统特色的体育活动;但仍然存在体育教师工作量负担过重、专项发展不平衡的问题。建议福建省高校要加强阳光体育工作宣传;讲究体育活动小型多样,深入到学校每个角落;培养并形成以学校体育运动委员会为核心的多级体育骨干队伍;重视传承民族传统体育活动;加大对体育资源的投入。This paper has conducted a field survey of the implementations of the Sunshine Physical Education（SPE） around Fujian Universities by means of documents, interviews and data statistics, the findings of which bear to the evidence that some universities are adequately engaged in P. E. characterized by multi-level sports competitions of various types as well as ethnically flavored contests organized and sponsored by associations and societies concerned. However, there still exist such problems that hinder the fin＇ther development of SPE arising from the overwork loaded with PE teachers and the imbalance of sports development. It is strongly recommended that the higher education institutions of Fujian strengthen the publicity of SPE, focus on the flexibilities of PE of various scales and types, spread it to every corner of the colleges and universities, foster a high caliber contingent of PE based teaching staff led by the sports committees of the universities, underline the spreading of ethnically flavored sports contests and fund the development of PE.
