对特色学校建设实践的审视

摘　　要：当前我国特色学校建设过程中存在着诸多问题,主要表现为对相关概念的混用和简单化理解;对实践经验与相关理论的提升与梳理不足,不能有效指导特色学校建设实践;运动式地寻找、发展"特色",导致特色学校建设模式化等。为有效促进特色学校的发展,需做以下努力:学校管理体制改革上要有实质性突破;落实广大中小学校自主发展的权利;注重学校精神内涵的提升;以实现教育性目标为学校特色化建设的指导思想;深化特色学校建设的理论研究。There exist many problems in characteristic school construction： the relevant concept is confused and understood simply; the related practice and theory are insufficiently summarized and developed, which can＇t guide characteristic school effectively; the unilateral understanding of ＂characteristic＂ caused many problems such as： the characteristic school construction presents the same model. In order to promote the development of characteristic school, the following strategies are necessary： to get rid of the model of construction design, to break through the reform of school management system, to carry out primary and middle schools＂ right to independently development, to pay attention to the spiritual connotation of schools, to take ＂realizing educational purpose＂ as guiding ideology of characteristic construction, and to deepen the theoretical research of characteristic school.
