摘　　要：在当今世界,运用法律手段来筹措职业教育经费,是世界各国普遍采用的形式。德国、英国和法国等发达国家都颁布了职业教育经费方面的有关法律,并对职业教育经费的筹措做出了规定。在职业教育经费的筹措过程中,政府颁布的职业教育经费方面的有关法律,具有保证职业教育经费筹措活动有序运行的引导作用、推进职业教育经费筹措的保障作用和促进作用。It is the widely adopted form to raise vocational education fund by the law in the world.The law about vocational education fund is promulgated in the developed countries such as Germany,Britain and France,which stipulates the collection of vocational education fund.The law about vocational education fund promulgated by the government has the leading function making the collecting action of vocational education fund preface,the guaranting and the promoting function pushing collecting vocational education fund forward.
