摘  要:研究高压静电场(high-voltage electrostatic field,HVEF)影响癌细胞增殖的量效和时程关系.量效实验以不同强度的高压静电场作用于体外培养的人肝癌细胞SMMC7721,用MTT比色法检测电场作用效果,并找出最适电压;时程实验用台盼兰排斥法比较电场作用次数对细胞增殖的影响,并用流式细胞仪检测抑制效果.高压静电场处理后,各实验组细胞生长受到不同程度的抑制.U=2.5 kV时,细胞增殖活性降低最显著(P<0.01),并且随作用次数增多,电场对细胞增殖的抑制效果增强(P<0.01).一定强度的高压静电场作用能够有效抑制癌细胞增殖.To investigate the change in cancer cells proliferation after high-voltage electrostatic field by doseeffect and time-course, human liver cancer ceils SMMC7721 in vitro were processed in HVEF with different doses. The MTT assay was adopted to find out the appropriate voltage of HVEF. Trypanblue rejection method is used for time-course studies to reveal the relationship between the proliferation and exposed time. Flow cytometry was employed to test the mortality rates of cancer cell. After being treated by HVEF, the growth of the cancer ceils in each experiment groups is inhibited. The cell proliferation activity is decreased significantly after being treated by 2.5 kV (P 〈 0.01 ). The inhibited rate increases with the increase in exposed time under HVEF ( P 〈 0.01 ), which proves that high-voltage electrostatic field of certain intensity can effectively inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells.
