摘　　要：美国高校在大学生就业服务方面建立了一套有效机制。从就业服务理念、就业服务过程、就业服务方式、就业指导队伍、就业信息服务、就业导向的教学支持系统六方面分析美国高校大学生就业服务特点,以期对我国高校借鉴美国大学生就业服务的宝贵经验,解决当前突出的大学生就业难问题提供帮助。The effective system of employment service for graduate has been built in the U. S. A.. The characteristics of university employment service are analyzed from the following aspects such as idea, process, method, professional, information of graduate employment service and employment-oriented instruction. The successful experience of employment service of the U. S. A could help us to settle the difficulty of graduate employment in today China.
