增强农村思想政治教育主体有效性的思考

摘　　要：在思想政治教育的诸要素关系中,教育者与受教育者的主体有效性是思想政治教育有效实施的关键。面对新形势、新情况,加强农村思想政治教育工作不仅应充分认识到提高其主体有效性的重要性,而且在措施上要坚持以科学发展观为指导,把握思想政治教育主体的工作规律,加强农村思想政治工作队伍建设,着力提高农村成员的整体素质。The essence of idea-political education in rural areas is aeturaUy how to foster people. In the relationship between the various elements of idea-political education, the effectiveness of the educators and edueatees is the key to effectively carry out the idea-political education. Facing with new situations and new circumstances, in the process of strengthening idea-political education in rural areas, we should be fully aware of the importance of improving the effectiveness, as well as adhere to the guidance of scientific concept of devdopment to grasp the work regulation of idea-political education in the measures,in order to enforce the rural idea-political team construction, and focus on improving the overall quality of rural members.
