摘　　要：本文探讨了"双师型"教师理念的形成和内涵,并以政法职业学院信息技术系教师实践技能培养的现状为样本,进行了分析和归纳,根据目前所取得的进展,给出了建议方案,并提出了四项措施和六项具体办法。This article discusses the formation of the concept and connotation of knowledge-skills integrated teachers.Based on the actualities analysis of cultivating the practical skills of teachers in the Information Technology Department, Beijing College of Politics and Law, the article summarizes the so-far-made progress and comes up with a teacher cultivation policy in four aspects and six specific ways.
