摘 要:本文通过自研的ROST Content Mining软件对虚拟学习团队进行语义分析,从语义角度凝炼虚拟学习团队广义和狭义上的含义。以ROST虚拟学习团队为对象,通过对245名团队成员历史档案资料的分析和现有135名成员的追踪调查,研究虚拟学习团队的社会网络关系、知识交流、个体动力等关键问题,提出面向知识交流的四种运行机制的元模型,总结ROST虚拟学术团队的整体模式,以资学界借鉴。This article makes a semantic analysis of the term "virtual learning team" by using the self-invented ROST Content Mining software, and then generalizes the broadly-defined and narrowly-defined concept of the virtual learning team from the semantic standpoint. Taking the ROST virtual learning team which has been conducted since ten years ago as the subject of study, the author not only analyzes data of the past 259 members, but also does tracing studies on the present 135 members of the team. After investigating the key issues such as the team's social network, and the individual motivation, the author propounds the motivation matrix model, the architecture model of the ROST virtual learning team is put forward as reference.
