摘　　要：本文通过对医学伦理学与处理医患关系的讨论和思考,明确医务人员在医疗实践中应该更多地观察、处理医学伦理问题,进而使医学伦理学在医疗实践中得以科学的运用。Medical disputes are the common phenomenon in every country, but it is a hot issue in current China. The aim of this paper is to discuss medical ehtics in medical practies, then, encourage medical staff to observe and think about the ethic principle in doctor - patient relationship, consciously obey the ethical requirements and collectly use medical ethics to deal with medical dispute.
