摘 要:现有的混合动力挖掘机控制策略没有考虑动力源之间的功率匹配问题,因此难以保证其控制效果.在分析液压挖掘机工况、建立并联混合动力挖掘机的仿真模型基础上,引入混合度、最佳混合度和动态最佳混合度的概念,描述主动力源与辅助动力源之间的匹配程度;研究动力源混合度(HF)对动力总成控制效果、燃油经济性以及动力性能的影响.提出以混合动力工况为基础,燃油经济性为目标的混合度确定方法.经仿真验证,利用该方法得到的混合度能够确保动力总成控制策略控制性能不受动力源的局限,且在满足整机动力性能的同时达到最佳的燃油效率.The currently used control strategy of hybrid excavator does not consider the power matching between the power sources, so it is hard to guarantee the control effect. Based on the analysis of hydraulic excavator working condition and the development of a parallel hybrid excavator model, the concepts of hybridization, optimum hybridization and dynamic optimum hybridization were introduced, and the matching degree between the main power source and the auxiliary one was described. The influences of hybridization factor(HF) on the control strategy, fuel economy and drivability were investigated. A new method to decide the HF which is based on the load of the excavator and aims to improve the fuel economy was presented . The simulation shows that the method can get a suitable HF which can guarantee the control effect without the limitation of the power sources, and it can get the best fuel economy without sacreficing the drivability of the hydraulic excavator.
