摘　　要：探讨了对实习医学生开展外科基本技能双语教学的模式、方法及需要注意的问题。总结了在外科学基本技能双语教学中的经验,可以认为:实习阶段的医学生对于外科基本技能学习热情较高,能及时融入双语教学且效果良好。双语教学实施过程中应以学生为中心,首先确保专业理论知识的传授,同时提高学生英语能力。To explore the mode, methods, and problems of intern bilingual teaching of essential surgical skills, we summarized some experiences about bilingual teaching in the course of essential surgical skills. We noticed that the medical students are very eager for the course of essential surgical skills in their internship. Carrying out bilingual teaching in this course in time may acquire unexpected effects. The course of bilingual teaching should be student-oriented to improve students＇ integrated ability of English and ensure their mastery of professional theory and knowledge.
