摘　　要：围绕“质量工程”建设，加强实验室和实践基地的建设与管理，已成为许多高等工科院校面临的重要问题。结合作者在高校管理部门多年的管理心得，分析了目前高校实践教学基地建设特点，总结出一套建设和管理的评价指标体系。在实践中贯彻这一指标体系，有利于实验室管理体制的改革、建设资金的集中使用，提高资源的综合利用率，有利于实验教学改革的推进和实验教学质量的提高，让更多专业的学生享受到优质的实践资源，实现资源的共享。How to improve practice condition of the weak specialty in colleges and universities and strengthen management in the laboratories, become the major research in higher engineering education. The way of characteristic of practice teaching base construction at present is analysed, and a system of evaluation quota about construction and management according to the authers＇ management experience is summarized. Carrying out the quota system in practice is beneficial to reformation in laboratory management system and concentrative use of construction fund and improving the fund use result, and also is beneficial to improving practice teaching reformation and practice teaching quality. It is provided high quality practice resources for the students of weak specialty in order to realize resources sharing.
