摘　　要：益生菌产品作为功能性食品的重要组成部分,近年来得到迅猛的发展。相比之下,我国益生菌的相关立法和管理比较滞后。本文从世界各国或地区的法律、法规出发,对与益生菌相关的标准和声称管理作一综述,并提出存在问题和未来研究方向,为益生菌行业提供一些参考和启示。Recently, there is a fantastic growing on probiotic product as an important part of functional food in the world, while relative legislation and management of probiotic in our country is fall behind with world. In this paper, leg- islation and administration for probiotic and related products were reviewed in according to laws and regulations of different countries or areas for providing some consultation and advice to probiotic industry.
