摘  要:目的:本研究在前期通过喂养高糖高脂食物的同时,采用口服唐传(厦门)生物科技有限公司生产的L-阿拉伯,证明能够有效防止新西兰大白兔体内脂肪的堆积的基础上,开展L-阿拉伯糖对已经经过3个月连续喂养高糖高脂饲料产生体内脂肪堆积增多的兔子进行干预。探讨通过L-阿拉伯糖的干预能否减少已经在体内大量堆积的脂肪数量,为进一步开展L-阿拉伯糖对降低内脏器官脂肪的堆积,达到减肥功效提供科学依据。方法:选择体重在(1.8~2.0)kg范围新西兰大白兔20只,前面3个月15只均喂养高糖高脂和高胆固醇饲料,另外5只喂正常饲料,喂养3个月后,将15只随机分为3组,其中A组按1.24g/d,B组按1,11g/d剂量口服L-阿拉伯糖,C和D组口服相同剂量的PBS。60天后扑杀所有实验兔子,分离腹部脂肪称重计算脂肪指数。结果:A,B组兔子脂肪指数分别为0.485±0.095^*和11.185±0.149^*,前者为高剂量组,后者为低剂量组,表现出明显的剂量效应。而没有经过干预的兔子脂肪指数却达到了3.19±0.3,两者间有显著差异(P〈0.05)。结论:实验证明L-阿拉伯糖对予腊肪堆积增多的兔予经过干预后能够明显使脂肪指数变小。表明对脂肪的堆积有显著的抑制和消除功能。Objective: With the former experiment restdt proved that the L-Arabinose could inhibit the accumulation of body fat, in this study our aim is to prove its function in decreasing fat index in the rabbit that has accumulated body fat induced by feeding high sucrose and high fat diet. Methods: 20 mate New zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 2 groups, 15 mice as one group, fed with high fat and high sucrose diet for 3 months, 5 rabbits as another group fed with normal diet after 3 months experiment, chose 12 rabbits those blood glucose and glucose tolerant were abnormal, and randomly divided into A, B, C groups, A,B group rabbits were oral fed with L-Arabinose at the dosage of 1.24g/d and 1.11g/d respectively. C group rabbits fed with the same volume PBS instead of L-Arabinose, after 20 days, detected the blood sugar data at the oh, 0,5 and 2h respectively and calculated the AUC( area -under-curve )data according to the formula , AUC-0.25×(BS value at 0 hour+4×BS value at 0.5 hours+3×BS value at 2 hours), the fasting glucose, sucrose tolerance were examined using commercial glucose strips (Lifesean, One Touch Ultra, Melitas, CA). After 60 days fed with L-arabinose, killed all rabbits, separated their body fat and calculated their fat index. Results: the data of AUC indicated that fed with L-aralbinose can promote the function of sucrose tolerant of rabbits, the data of average blood sugar of A,B,C group rabbits after challenged with sucrose were 9.1±1.01, 8.5±1.05, 9 9±1.04 at 0.5h and 7.76±0.53,7.78±2.1,9.26±1.68 at 2h respectively, although tho difference did not significant(show in riga and fig.2).Tbe body fat index sbowed that A,B group rabbits body fat were much lower than that of C group rabbits, the fat index data of A,B and C were 0.485±0.095^*,1.185±0.149^*,and 3. 19±0.3 respectively.
