新形势下廉政文化进高校的理性思考

摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国国力大增,人民生活水平大幅度提高,但腐败问题也如影随形,漫延到社会的每一个角落,高校也不能独善其身。清除腐败,既要治标,更要治本。将廉政文化引入大学校园,和大学里的文化教育有机结合,将培养清正廉洁的健康人才纳入人才培养目标,不仅可以使高校得到健康持续的发展,还可以使全社会形成一种崇廉尚洁的文化意识,进而形成一种强大的社会认同感和约束力,以实现消除腐败、促进社会健康发展的目的。本文试图从高校目前的廉政形势分析入手,找寻一条廉政文化进高校的有效途径。The national strength and the people＇s living level have been improved dramatically since the initiation of reform and opening-up. However, the growing corruption issues have also been spread to every corner of the society, including colleges and universities. To eliminate corruption, we should find out the causes and sovle the problems. One of the missions and functions of the universities is to inheritate, research, integrate and create culture. Therefore, the introduction of incorruptible culture into the university campus can be strategically integrated into the university culture education and the policy establishment, which brings the training of honest and just healthy people into the mission of training talents. As a result, not only the universities and colleges can achieve the healthy and sustainable development, the just and honest culture concept would also be formed among whole society, which in turn, build up a powerful social common perception and discipline rules to fulfill the purpose of eliminating corruption and promoting the healthy development of the society.This essay is written to search for an effective way to introduce the incorruptible culture into the colleges and universities based on the analysis of the current corruption situation in the universities, and to give some guidance to the introduction activities of incorruptible culture.
