摘 要:[目的]为人参的改土施肥提供一定的科学依据。[方法]利用电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪对野山参生长土壤的表层、根圈、底层及对照土壤的相应层次的26种无机元素进行了分析。[结果]生长野山参的根圈土壤多数无机元素含量比对照根层的含量有减少,以Ge减少的最多,约减少82.97%,其次为Li,减少了60.86%,V减少了45.00%,Ba减少了44.67%,K减少了41.47%,Ga减少了40.91%,而Se、Mg、Fe、Co、Be也都减少了30.00%以上。[结论]野山参在生长过程中从土壤中有选择地吸收一定量的无机元素来维持野山参特有的生理活性。The research aimed to provide certain scientific basis for the ginseng industry in soil cultivation and fertilization. [ Method ] 26 kinds of inorganic elements of the surface soil, rhizosphere, the soil underlying of the wild ginseng growth and the corresponding control levels were analyzed by Vista MPX ICP. [ Result] The results showed that the content of majority of inorganic elements of the wild Ginseng growth rhizosphere soil reduced than that of the control layer, Ge reduced by 82.97% is the largest, followed by Li reduction of 60.86%, V decreased by 45.00%, Ba decreased of 44.67%, K decreased of 41.47%, Ga decreased of 40.91%, while the Se, Mg, Fe, Co, Be all reduced by more than 30.00%. [ Conclusion ] The process of wild ginseng growth absorbed a certain amount of inorganic elements selectively from the soil to maintain the specific physiological activity of wild ginseng.
