摘  要:目的探讨加强不同层次护士的知识、技能培训方法,提高护士的综合素质。方法将全院护理人员根据工作年限、年龄、职称等分为6个版块进行培训,实施版块培训后2年,对护士获得执业证书、晋升职称、护士职业行为考核、技术操作考核、患者满意度、护理新业务开展及论文、著作等方面与版块培训前进行比较。结果护士执业证书考试和中级职称晋升考试通过率明显提高;护士职业行为合格率、护理文书书写合格率、护理技术操作合格率明显提高;护理新业务及学术论文、专利、著作明显提高。结论版块培训有利于不同层次护理人员的专业成长和发展历程.有效地提高了整个护理队伍的综合素质。Objective To explore the training methods for improving theoretical knowledge and skills of nurses at different levels,in order to improve nurse's comprehensive qualities. Methods The nurses were divided into six levels on the basis of their work experience,ages and professional titles,and the nurses at different levels received different training. After two-year section training ,we analyzed pass rate of nurse qualification exam,professional certificate ,occupational performance measure, evaluation for nurses' technique operation,patients' satisfaction degree,and refereed papers et al. Nurses' comprehensive qualities were compared before and after section training. Results There were significant differences in the pass rate of nurse qualification exam and professional certificate before and after section training. The pass rate of occupational performance measure obviously increased after section training. Trained as apprentices by qualified nurses, the nurses increased a lot in pass rate of writing instruments and nursing skills. Patients' satisfaction degree had improved. The new business of nursing,research papers,patents and books were more than before training. Conclusion Section training model contributes to professional growth and development process of nurses at different levels, and it helps to improve nurse's comprehensive qualities.
