摘 要:采用水提醇沉的方法从茶树菇子实体中提取茶树菇粗多糖,经DEAE-Sephadex A-25柱层析得到茶树菇纯多糖。研究茶树菇粗多糖的还原能力及清除亚硝酸根的作用,考察茶树菇纯多糖对羟基自由基、超氧阴离子的清除作用,以此来评价该多糖的抗氧化活性。结果表明,茶树菇多糖具有较强的体外抗氧化性能,对亚硝酸根,羟基自由基及超氧阴离子具有明显的清除作用。A polysaccharide fraction, ACPS, was obtained from fruit bodies of Agrocybe aegerita following extraction with hot water, ethanol precipitation, and DEAE-Sephadex A-25 chromatography. The deoxidization and the abi|ity of eliminating NO2^- of the A grocybe aegerita crude polysaccharide was studied. The antioxidant activities of ACPS was evaluated by scavenging ·OH and ·O2^-. The results showed that the Agrocybe aegerita polysaccharide had satisfactory antioxidant activity in vitro, and it had obvious scavenging effect on NO2^-,· OH and ·O2^-.
