摘  要:行动学习法是一种适应现代社会的学习方式,它有助于解决当前工作中的疑难杂症,能够有效提升学员的领导能力,培育富有活力的高效工作团队。同时,它不仅对学习者和培训机构提出严格要求,而且耗时较长、成本偏高,难以获取系统知识。开展行动学习法,需要领导的关怀重视和充分的资源投入,离不开合理的问题设计、有效的组织管理和良好的学习氛围。Action learning method is a learning to adapt to the way modem society, it helps resolve the current problems in the work of the diseases, and it can effectively enhance the leadership capacity of participants to foster a dynamic and efficient team work. At the same time, it not only for the training of learners and to the stringent requirements, but also a longer time-consuming, high cost, diffieuh to obtain knowledge. If we want to implement the Action learning method, it is necessary to obtain the support of the leadership and adequate resouroes, with reasonable design, effective organizational management and a good learning atmosphere.
