促进语言文字和语言学的科学发展——谈“语言学概论”的目的和内容

摘　　要：语言学概论的任务是消除语言无知现象,促进语言文字和语言学的科学发展,从而保证国家语言文字方针政策的贯彻。指出语言无知妨碍语言文字科学发展。主张实事求是地评价汉字,完善汉语拼音,使拼音不仅能记录口语,也要能记录书面语。语言不会自然振兴,主张语种多样化,以利于汉语国际传播。提出汉语国际化的目标。语言学各分支学科协调发展,相互促进。语文现代化理念要进语言学概论的课堂,通过促进语言学的科学发展来促进语言文字的科学发展。The duty of the outline of linguistics is eliminating the phenomena of language ignorance, promoting the scientific development of language and linguistics, thus guaranteeing the implementation of national language guidelines. The paper pointed out that the language ignorance hindered the language＇s scientific development, advocated to appraise the Chinese character realistically, to perfect Pinyin, enable the Pinyin to record not only the spoken language, but also the written language. The language advocates the diversification, in order to facilitate the Chinese international communication. Also the paper proposed the goal of Chinese internationalization. The classroom of the outline of linguistics need introduce the idea of Chinese modernization, to promote scientific development of the language through the promotion of scientific development of the linguistics.
