摘　　要：在大学生的日常管理教育中,传统的教育管理模式存在许多弊端。目标教育的应用,能够较好的解决传统教育管理模式中存在的许多问题,服务于广大教育工作者,也能为广大青年学生实现自己的理想成功导航。In college students＇ daily management of education,traditional educational management mode exists many disadvantages.The application of target education can solve a lot of problems well in traditional educational management mode.It can serve the general educators,and guide the general young students to achieve their success.
