摘　　要：医德教育中的心理契约指的是医学院校或医德教育者和医学生之间存在的一系列彼此期待的主观信念,是学校或医德教育者和医学生双方相互期望的集合。通过分析医德教育中心理契约的特征及作用,提出了心理契约在医德教育中运用的具体对策。Psychological contract in medical ethics education is a series of subjective faith between medical ethics pedagogue and students,it is expectation set of medical ethics pedagogue and students.This article analysed the characteristic and function of psychological contract in medical ethics education,and statemented the concrete countermeasure of psychological contract in medical ethics education.
