摘  要:提高临床综合分析能力和掌握科学临床思维方法是培养合格医学生的关键所在。在较短时间的肾脏内科学实习教学中,采用细化实习目标、增加鉴别诊断内容、实行启发式教学查房、定期组织病例讨论、做好实习日记、细化考核方法等临床思维训练方法,以求达到最佳的实习效果。Clinical practice is a critical part for culturing eligible medical students. With the aim to improve the quality of clinical practice, we should focus on how to enhance the ability of comprehensive clinical analysis and grasp the means of scientific clinical thinking, which may help the students make diagnosis correctly and build a solid foundation for the "three basic skills" training and becoming a promising doctor in the future. In our short-term clinical teaching practice in the department of nephrology, we adopted the below-mentioned methods to train clinical thinking of the students, including refining the practice purpose, increasing the differential diagnosis in medical history, developing heuristic teaching way in wardround, organizing case discussion at regular intervals, keeping the practice diaries, and refining the checking grades. As a result, we reached the optimal practice effects and won good reputation from the students.
