摘　　要：高新技术企业人力资本投资的巨大风险,严重影响了高新技术企业进行人力资本投资的积极性。建构了高新技术企业人力资本投资风险发生及损失程度的指标体系,并应用模糊综合评价方法对高新技术企业人力资本投资风险度进行了测算。The huge risk of human capital investment in high - tech enterprise, seriously affects the initiative of the high - tech enterprises to invest in human capital. This paper established a index system about human capital investment risk occurrence and the extent of losses in high - tech enterprises, and applied the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to measure the risk degree of human capital investment of High - tech enterprise.
