摘  要:建立了纸塑复合包装材料4015中的模拟墨成分1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮和2,2-二甲氧基-苯基甲酮在脂肪性食品模拟物95%乙醇的气相色谱-氢火焰离子化检测器检测条件,并介绍了体积分数95%乙醇的前处理方法,讨论了色谱柱、进样方式、载气流速对测定的影响。分析结果表明:该法可将2种光引发剂和纸中杂质完全分离,具有较好的线性(相关系数分别为0.9997和0.9998),最低检出限分别为0.05mg/L和0.1mg/L,测定结果的相对标准偏差均<5.0%,样品在95%乙醇中的平均回收率分别为94%-107%和93%-102%。A GC-FID method was established for the determination of photoinitiators (PIs) in paper-plastic packaging material 4015 which solved in 95% ethanol. The pre-treatment protocol for 1-hydroxycyclohexyl-phenyl ketone and 2,2-dimethoxy-2-phenylacotophenone in 95% ethanol was introduced. The influencing factors such as chromatography column, injection mode and velocity of flow of carrier gas were discussed. The results showed that the peaks of two PIs and impurity from paper were completely separated. The linearity was good (0. 999 7 and 0. 999 8) with the detection thresholds of 0.05mg/L and 0. 1 mg/L, respectively. The RSDs were less than 5% , and the average recovery for PIs in 95% ethanol was in the range of 94% - 107% and 93% - 102% , respectively.
