摘　　要：信息技术(IT)商业价值研究是信息系统领域研究的核心问题之一.随着研究的深入,学者们已经从最早的"IT生产率悖论"中转到IT具体是如何产生价值的,以及在什么情况下能产生价值.基于国内外最新文献,提出基于流程视角是进一步探讨IT商业价值的重要研究方向,并对此类文献作一综述.The research on IT business value is one of core issues in the research of IS field. With the progress of IS research, the critical question has been transferred from ＂IT productivity paradox＂ to how and when IT can engender business value. Based on the review of recent literature, it point~ out that process-based perspective appears to be the main direction of such research and provides a research review on the related literature.
