摘　　要：对南宁-友谊关高速公路进行广泛的调研,以大量数据资料为基础,分析路段运行车速特征、道路使用者的交通需求、道路几何设计特点、道路安全状况等方面的具体问题,探求运输效率与安全之间的合理平衡点,给出了以工程研究限速方法为基础,以全线限速和局部限速为具体实施策略的分路段运行速度管理与控制方案。The comprehensive survey on operating speed aspects for Nanning-Youyiguan Expressway is conducted. Based on large amount of data, the speed management issues in terms of field operating speed, speed demands of different road users, characteristics of geometric designs, road safety situation and performance, etc. are analyzed. In order to make better balance between efficiency and safety, one preferred scenario of speed management and control for this expressway based on engineering study method of speed limit setting is produced. The general speed limit and local speed limit （speed zone for specific locations or segments） strategies are combined.
