医学博士研究生招生改革的探索与实践

摘　　要：博士研究生招生以往采用考试的方式，与我国建设一批综合性、研究型大学的目标和培养一流博士研究生的要求不相符合。复旦大学上海医学院在国内率先采用了考试-申请制，即减少考试科目，更加注重考生的科研能力和综合素质的考查。具体做法为初试只考外语，综合对考生提交的证明其科研和综合能力的材料的评定，决定复试人员，同时加强复试，以这种比较科学的方式选拔博十研究牛。这种方式克服了博十研究生招生中考试选拔的缺欠，使博士研究生招生更加注重考牛的科学研究能力和创新能力。本文对此项改革的探索过程和实践进行了初步的总结。Examination was used to adopt to recruit doctoral candidate for many years. But this method was not in line with the target to construct the first class university in our motherland. Shanghai Medical College adopted examination-application method that meant cutting down examination courses, then put more emphasis on candidates＇ capability of scientific research and comprehensive personal performance. The detail of the method includes three steps ： English exam, appraising the applications of scientific research and personal performance and intensive interview. The new method overcomes some shortcoming of traditional method. This article was the primary summary of reformative process.
