摘  要:目的了解七年制医学生及其导师对七年制医学教育的满意度,为办好八年制医学教育提供借鉴。方法采用匿名问卷调查方法对上海交通大学医学院2002级~2003级全体七年制医学生及其导师进行调查。结果大多数学生和导师对七年制医学教育均表示满意;学生对培养方案的满意度略低于导师;高年级学生的满意度高于低年级学生。结论通过调查,我们认为应当规范临床训练,制定明确具体的临床能力考核标准和轮转要求;加强科研培养,使之贯穿于七年制医学生的培养过程的各个阶段;完善质量保障,修订教学质量标准,开展发展性教学督导工作。Objective To investigate the satisfaction degree of medical students and their tutors for current seven-year medical education, and provide the valuable experience for reference of eight-year program. Methods All 2002 - 2003 seven-year medical students and their tutors are investigated by anonymous questionnaire. Results Most respondents are satisfied with seven-year education. But comparatively, the students are less satisfied than tutors about training program, and the higher grade students are more satisfied than the lower grade students. Conclusions Firstly, clinical training should be standardized by stipulating specific clinic ability assessment criterion and round requirement. Secondly, more attention should be paid to research training, which runs through the whole seven-year medical education phases. Thirdly, the quality assurance system should be perfected by editing the teaching quality standard and implying developmental inspection.
