牛磺酸含量与实验性白内障关系的研究

摘　　要：以实验性半乳糖性白内障大鼠血、房水、晶体中牛磺酸含量的变化研究了牛磺酸与白内障发病的关系。结果半乳糖性白内障大鼠血中牛磺酸含量在发病晚期明显下降。实验组较正常组减少６８．１７％；房水中牛磺酸含量第５，８，１４天分别下降４１．０２％，４８．３０％，５４．８０％；晶体牛磺酸含量第５，８，１４天分别下降７６．９１％，７４．８４％，８５．１３％。作者认为半乳糖性白内障的发病与机体血、房水、晶体中牛磺酸含量的减少有密切关系，且在白内障发病初期眼局部牛磺酸含量的减少尤为明显。The research was done based on the variation of content of taurine in the blood, aqueous humor and lens of the mouse of the experimental galactose cataract to show the relationship between the content of taurine and the cause of catarct. Results showed that the content of taurine of the blood of the mouse of galactose cataract didn't vary much during the early stage of the disease but there was an obvious decrease in the content during a late stage. Compared with Control Group, there was a 68.29% decrease in the Tested Group, The Content of taurine in aqueous humor decreased by 40.35%, 47.70%, 54.28% in the 5th, 8th and 14th day respectively. Accordingly, we believe that there is a close relationship between the cause of galactose catarct and the decrease in the content of taurine in the blood, aqueous humor and lens. Furthermore, the decrease of the content of taurine in the eye was quite obvious during the early stage of the disease.
