摘  要:随着卫生部、教育部关于《医学教育临床实践管理暂行规定》的颁布,医学生的临床实践得到了更加全面保障,实践的环境和条件也受到了更为严格的限制和规范,面对这一新的医学教育环境,文章从医学院校的实验教学、实践教学及毕业后的专科医师培训三个角度就如何提高临床医生的技能水平,确保临床医生的培养质量,促进我国临床医师的整体素质进行了初步思考。With the promulgation of the 〈 management of clinical practice in medical education provisions 〉 by the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Education, the clinical practice of medical students has been more comprehensively protected; the environment and conditions of practice have also been more stringently standardized. In the face of the new medical education environment, this paper presents an initial thought on how to improve the clinician skill level, to ensure the quality of clinical training of doctors and to promote the overall quality of clinicians from the three aspects, i.e. the medical colleges' experimental teaching, the practice of teaching and specialist post-graduate training.
