摘 要:为解析早熟半矮化突变体水稻(B1-24)突变体特性,以野生型惠阳珍珠早(Hyz)为对照,测定其7日龄见光苗和3日龄黄化苗的某些生理生化性状。结果表明,该突变体的可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量和α-淀粉酶活性均比野生型的低,而过氧化物酶和IAA氧化酶活性的表现却正好相反,即突变型的比野生型的高。综合各项生理生化指标结果,推测B1-24的矮化突变可能与赤霉素和IAA有关。Some physiological and biochemical characteristics of 7-day-old seedlings of semi-dwarf rice mutant(B1-24) and its relevant wild type Huiyangzhenzhuzao(Hyz) grown under illumination and 3-day-old etiolated seedlings were examined to determine the possible type of the mutant. The results showed that the B1-24 contained lower soluble protein and soluble sugar and lower activity of or-amylase, but had higher activities of peroxidase(POD) and IAA oxidase(IOD) than the wild type. According to all the physiological and biochemical indexes available from the mutants and wild type rice it is referred that dwarfing mutation of the B1-24 might be related with gibberellin and/or IAA.
