摘　　要：采用文献资料法和数理统计法,将中外男排优秀副攻选手的身体形态及场上作用进行对比分析。中国男排副攻队员在年龄、体重及克托莱指数方面均与世界优秀副攻选手存在非常显著性差异,且主动得分能力较低;建议我国尽快制定符合现代排球运动发展趋势的运动员选材模式和训练模式。By means of literature review and mathematical statistics, this paper makes a comparative analysis on the elite middle hitters between Chinese man＇ s volleyball team and those in the world leading teams in terms of the physical configuration and their roles in the play. The result shows that there is significant difference on age, weight and Quetelet index, and what＇ s more Chinese middle hitters have a poor initiative scoring ability. It is proposed that new player selection system and training model should be established to meet the modern volleyball development.
