摘  要:学术职业的定位与大学发展存在着密切的关系,不同类型的高校学术职业定位不同。从生态位理论视阈出发,学术职业的定位就是确定不同类型的教师不同的生态位,从而在竞争的学术生态环境中谋求平衡和和谐发展的动态过程。这个过程,是学科、学校、教师三方相互选择的过程,是教师适应学科和组织发展的过程。There is a close relationship between the academic profession positioning and the university development, and different types of colleges have different academic profession positioning. From niche theory as the starting threshold, academic profession is to determine the positioning of different types of teachers in different niches, so as to and seek balanced and harmonious development of the dynamic process a competitive academic environment. This process is that subject the school, teacher tripartite each other' s choices, and is a process of teachers adapting disciplines and organizational development process. Research University academic profession positioning is mainly manifested in the following aspects: (1) advanced knowledge workers; (2) as the academic man; (3) moral wise; (4) social critic; (5) the interests of the public guard of morality.
