摘  要:针对铸型机的振动与爬行问题,基于ADAMS建立铸型机链带系统的运动与动力学模型,分析不同"链带-导轨"动摩擦与静摩擦差、不同载荷条件下的动态特性对链带系统稳定性的影响。结合对铸型机链带振动的现场测试,探讨铸型机链带振动和爬行产生的条件,为铸型机振动和爬行的控制提供依据。To deal with the vibration and crawling of casting machine, motion and dynamics models of the chain belt system about a casting machine were established by commercial software ADAMS. It was discussed that dynamic characteristics effects the chain belt system stability under different "chain belt-guide" dynamic friction difference and different load conditions. And combined with field test of the chain belt vibration, the generation condition of the chain belt vibration and crawling was explored. It would provide a basis for the control of casting machine vibration and crawling.
