摘 要:[目的]探讨混合微生物发酵稻草降解稻草木质素等非纤维素成分的最佳发酵工艺。[方法]利用Aspergillussp.(CRC04)、Amphi-bacillus xylanus(ACCC10262)和Pleurotus osteatus(P802)3种微生物菌株对稻草进行发酵,降解稻草中果胶、半纤维素和木质素,运用单因素试验和正交试验研究周期、接种量、pH值与温度对木质素降解效果的影响。[结果]结果表明,影响稻草发酵效果的主要因素中周期>接种量>pH值>温度。最佳的微生物发酵稻草制浆工艺条件为:周期10d,pH值6.0,接种量2.00%,温度28或30℃,CRC04∶P802∶ACCC10262=1∶2∶2。[结论]该研究可为生物发酵法释放纤维素制造草浆提供理论指导。[ Objective] The research aimed to study the best fermentation technics of the degradation of lignin in rice straw with mixed microbes. [ Method]Aspergillus sp. (CRC04),Amphibacillus Xylanus (ACCC10262) and Pleurotus osteatus (P802) were used to ferment rice straw and to degrade pectin, hemicellulose and lignin. And then the effects of action time, inoculation amount, pH value and action temperature on the degradation of lignin were investigated with single-factor experiment and orthogonal test. [ Result ] The results showed that the effects of the main factors on fermentation were action time 〉 inoculation amount 〉 pH value 〉 action temperature, and the best conditions of microbial fermentation were as following: action time of 10 days, pH value of 6.0, vaccination of 2.00%, temperature of 28℃ or 30 ℃, CRC04 : P802:ACCC10262 = 1: 2: 2. [ Conclusion ] This study could provide theoretical directions for the production of straw pulp with cellulose from bio - fermentation.
