摘 要:[目的]研究魔芋葡甘聚糖含量、酶浓度对KGM/XG复合凝胶降解性能的影响,为魔芋葡甘聚糖(KGM)水溶胶的应用奠定基础。[方法]首先制备了KGM/XG复合凝胶,进行了水凝胶体外降解试验,并研究了不同KGM用量、酶浓度对水凝胶降解性能的影响。[结果]KGM/XG水凝胶可被含β-葡聚糖苷酶的纤维素酶降解,而不能被不含β-葡聚糖苷酶的胰酶等降解。水凝胶的平均降解速率随着KGM用量的增加而逐渐增加;随着酶浓度的增加,凝胶的降解速率逐渐升高。[结论]该水凝胶保持了KGM的生物可降解性;降低XG含量能增加凝胶的降解速率;酶浓度的增加能有效地提高凝胶的降解速率。[ Objective I The aim was to study the effect of KGM content and enzyme concentration on degradation performance of KGM/XG hydroge] and lay a foundation for its application. [ Method ] Firstly, prepared KGM/XG hydrogel, then carried out hydrogel degradation test in vitro, and studied effects of different KGM dosage, enzyme concentration on hydrogels' degradation performance. [ Result ] This hydrogel could be degraded by cellulase with β-glucanase, but it couldnl be degraded by some enzymes such as pancreatin without β-glucanase. The average degradation ratio increased with the increasing concentration of KGM and the increasing concentration of cellulase E0240. [ Conclusion ] This hydrogel maintained the biodegradability of KGM. The hydrogels' degradation ratio could be increased by increasing the concentration of KGM, or by increasing the concentration of cellulase E0240.
